There is no minimum order value, all UK orders are sent via a 24hr delivery service. Orders placed before 11am (Mon-Friday) will likely be despatched the same day but it is not guaranteed. Busier times can take 2-3 working days to despatch. If you urgently need your order by the next working day, please contact Jo at hello@ecoliving.co.uk.

We do not allow our products to be sold on any third party market place sites such as Amazon or eBay.

Packaging

All packaging is plastic-free and we sometimes re-use packaging to minimise waste.

Returns

If you would like to refund or exchange an item please return within 14 days of delivery. You must email us within 7 days of receiving the goods to qualify for a refund. Unless an item is faulty the cost of returning the goods is the customer's responsibility. Goods must be returned unused, undamaged and in original packaging then we can issue a full refund.
