One of my kids is highly sensitive to mint and menthol, which causes a very unpleasant burning sensation on the tongue. We've struggled for years to find a completely mint-free fluoride toothpaste, and we kept having to resort to those meant for toddlers/ baby teeth only. Meanwhile, I've also been looking for affordable alternatives to toothpaste-in-a-tube for environmental reasons. This ticks both boxes! The refillable box is a great idea too. It's small and neat enough that we could take it away with us if travelling. We'll be buying more... and maybe even the mint flavour one for me!
