Store either in fridge or in pantry. You can also freeze artisan sourdough bread in the Bread Swag. For extra protection, wrap a sheet of baking paper around your bread before putting it into the Bread Swag. When needed, turn inside out, empty crumbs and cold machine wash preferably with a plant based washing powder. Dry in full sun if possible. Then repeat.
